well its me guys i have not been on for a while i have been working and yeah but its going to be relley hard for me for a little bit this 15 will be a year that i los my twins i miss them so much i was 5 mouths along and lost my son and my dauighter its hard knowing thta my babies are not her anymore i cry everyday wishinhg that i still had them they will be az year old the 15 i am so down right now thanks for all of you guys that have talked to me about this and my other problmes i know its such i big post but i want you gjuys to know whats going on with me ok much love to everyone you all are in my thougths andprayers

I am sorry for you're pain,suffering,and not easily too..Please give it to God,he loves family and you to..I am praying for you God gives you the strength to handle this. God is all ways by you're side,never forget that. Please all ways pray. May God bless you and you're family.

I'm so sorry! What a tragic loss, of course you are still hurting! It takes time and changes your life. Give yourself a lot of grace and speak only kindness to yourself, don't feel like you should just get over it. There is a lot of things going on besides the great loss of your son and daughter. Your hormones are probably all over the place, you are working, there's a big hole in your heart w the loss. Stress in normal circumstances are hard on the body but in yours far more. Don't put a lot on yourself, just do what you gotta do, rest plenty and eat well. Also, taking magnesium malate calms the mind body and spirit and ginseng is great to get rid of those sticky negative thoughts that loop around. Progesterone cream balances out hormones, since it can become either estrogen or testosterone, whichever your body needs so it is better than just taking estrogen. B Complex heals nerve endings and helps w the energy you need thru the day and D3 is good for joy, or just get out in the sun daily for at least 10 minutes. I esp. take D3 in the winter since it gets dark earlier. Counseling is very important, if you can't afford it many churches offer it free. Get involved in volunteering in a way that works for you and doesn't add to your burden. Feel free to say no to things that will drain you, thats the beauty of volunteering, but it will help fill a void if you can help others. Sending healing hugs and prayers. <3
