Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
However to help you make this transition you need to get help. A counselor. Try your school/ college. Tell your parents. Hiding in your room won't help.
This may be psychological or physical or both. I am not a doctor, but I suspect something physical .... possibly hormonal.
It should be clear to you it is not going to just go away and that it is a problem for which you don't personally have a solution. Hand it up to the medical field. It is probably very treatable, but whatever it is, it is bigger than you are.
As WanderingVet said, clearly nothing has really helped you so far, so you might as well try something new. I know this might be uncomfortable, but it's important to at least try. There is so much you could get from it.
I’m very sorry you feel this way. You might consider seeking professional counselling to know whether you are going through depression or not. You can also try different sports. My son really wants basketball but whenever he plays, most of the time he has asthma attack. He tried baseball and it works for him.
I pray that things will go well with you. Keep us posted. God bless.
