Prayer, making friends on DS, encouraging other suffers here, God--that is what has worked for me.
Am I out of the woods for depression because today feels a little hopeful? Maybe not, but I know I won't go into the pit too long and I know He will lift me out in due season. I shall not curse the darkness of inner torment because I have learned empathy and gained depth through my suffering.
Take heart one and all for those who mourn shall indeed be comforted.
