My family is slowly becoming more and more apart, my aunt and uncle are getting a divorce because the uncle is extremely abusive to their children and even threw my grandma (age 70, with replaced knees) to the ground and gave her bruises on her legs, arms, and neck. And even went as far as to break my cousins arm just for beating him at checkers.
He also punched my aunts C-section and she almost bled to death. Then he tried to kill her by giving her opioids (4 full doses)
Then my aunt, she has many problems like lying behind my moms back and stealing $3.4 million, and she doesn’t spend it on her children, in fact she doesn’t even see her children because she’s always in a different country sleeping with a different guy every night. She also loves to spend 23k on stupid stuff off of amazon because she’s Bipolar as f***.
So now my grandma who was assaulted is laying low trying to make sure neither one of them takes the kids away. And hopefully she’ll get guardianship over them.
And yes I’m pretty upset because of this.
If charged as a felony, you could be sentenced to up to four years in prison and fined up to $6,000. The following additional penalties may apply:
3-5 years in prison if great bodily injury is caused
5-7 years in prison if the victim dies from the abuse
This son of a bitch needs to be in PRISON. Notify the police ... and be sure to mention the thieving Aunt ... overseas ... just for the hell of it.
hopefully your gran does get custody/ guardianship of the children. Hang in there yourself.
