Idk how to handle it

So about a month ago I lost my girlfriend of about a year an a half. She's moving on and everytime I see her and her boyfriend together I just get so mad and I hate myself and I don't hate her, but i'm anger with her. She left me because she said she wasn't ready for a relationship even though we had been together for a long time and now idk how to handle seeing them together. I don't talk to her, because when I do i'm really mean to her. She hurt me so much and I just can't handle what's happening. Everyday I just want to kill myself so I don't have to keep living with all this pain. And people say time heals and that's kinda ish true, but I physically and mentally can not handle seeing them together and she knows she destroyed me. Idk what to do anymore. I just want this to be over.

get a new gf....move your life forward....give her up as done with you and get over your anger...having a resentment is like drinking poison thinking the other person will die....

Think of all the money you will be saving. You can't control the actions of people, or the way things happen in your life. That is what causes depression because people can feel they have no control. I have an ex-wife and don't get me wrong....it hurt when we split. Then after 6 months or so, I was throwing myself into work, and found a new GF and then started laughing because I didn't have to put up with her antics anymore. I felt HORRIBLE when she developed a brain tumor because I was wishing bad things for her. She was able to pull through, and I am able to laugh again when she got remarried, because I know what that poor guy is in for. So, just laugh and move forward. She probably isn't good enough for you, and its better that you break up now, before you have to buy her house.

It is hard to see a person we dated going out with someone else. Especially hard when there is not another girl in our lives to fill the void. We get through it though. Look toward the future, my friend. Think about the good qualities you have to offer to your next girlfriend. Think about what qualities you want in her. Think about joining a singles group. Many churches have them. That is what I did. I learned a lot about how to be a good husband and what qualities to seek in a wife by attending a singles group. I found a lot of people in the same circumstance as me - in between relationships. We enjoyed doing a lot of fun activities too. Look forward to the adventure - there are a lot of good times ahead!

    DS, I just have to say that if I did not love my friends here on DS I would be gone in a heart beat!  I am at my wits end of losing posts!  It seems like the Gateway thing seems to be a you problem.  How can we fix it?  I always make sure that I am online and signed in before I hit send.Welcoming any suggestions other than the ones that I recieved before.
