but wen i do, i get so disapointed sometimes..i will try it one more time..cus i wana tell everyone what i did.

i wrote down everything that happened from 9-12 honest honest details of everything..it was hard but i did it. during i felt so bad and sick to my stomach...its all in my journal entries but they're on private so only i could see em i dont wanna trigger anyone.

just wanted to share my accomplishment, i wish i cud shsre with my family but i cant, i love u guys

I understand, I lock up my private personal journals too. It is hard to write all of that, but it is something about releasing it on paper that cleanses the soul. I usually delete mine after a few days, to symbolize letting go and starting again.
