Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

A million things to do. Make a list and check them off as you get them done. It helps to feel a sense of accomplishment. Don't try to do everything. If you get one thing done per day and that is all you can handle then stop. Being busy will also keep your mind busy...so there are 2 pluses to that.
Best wishes....and I hope you feel better.
Making a plan, especially the to-do list sounds really productive.
Just not today...again.
I am extremely ANXIOUS...for no real reason at all...Last night, when I was trying to go to sleep...I ended up having a PANIC ATTACK (and No, my husband did not wake up)...
Today, I feel like like I am going crazy...I can not quiet my mind enough to focus...and I am having anxiety attacks ALL BY MYSELF...I feel like I am going crazy...I really do...and it doesn't help that I can't do the things I want to do or need to do...
Even my beloved kitty cat is driving crazy...She keeps walking between my legs and meowing loudly...and making me more anxious...which really makes me feel like I am going crazy because she's just a little kitty cat...and I LOVE HER!!!!!!
OH GOD!...I just want this all to end...and I WANT TO DIE...just not today.
