Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
DONT WORRY ABOUT IT.

I'm just trying to figure out how to both protect myself from getting in trouble, and maybe some thoughts about being less paranoid. I need this job. Not worrying about it isn't exactly helpful. These people could potentially get me into trouble, and if comes down to my word against theirs, my boss will back them, no doubt about it. :(
Jobs. They were out to get me cause of work comp claim. All my work started to be reviewed. Mistakes i could prove wasnt my fault i would copy why it was correct and make person sign off why i wasnt at fault. I found conflicting papers to support my case. They wouldnt update changes and give them out. Maybe they would tell night shift and not day shift. They would get really made when i would prove correctors wrong. They wouldnt tell me they were having meetings. I would be talked to a couple times a week. After awhile no one would sign off on my proof why it wasnt wrong. They made me take fmla leave. They were shocked when i told them i had to talk to my lawyer first. They fired me when i was out on medical leave. This was 1 week before i could apply for long term disability. They denied i was eligible for long term disability cause i was terminated before start. They refused to mail me disability form. I called my lawyer and all of a sudden i got disability forms next day ups.
I have to laugh when these idiot counselors tell you. Working makes you feel better. Haha. Bull. I felt like shit working with how they treat you. Only thing working does is give you money.
All you can do is do your job and make notes.
Sounds very much like a job I had...just didn't fit in and had few people I was friendly with...which is very not like me.
BUT...the only thing we can control is ourselves, and how we react to what happens to us. If these coworkers wanna be bitchy and sneaky, that's their bad, their karma. If it's to the point where the job is affecting you psychologically, look for a new one. It'll probably be slow going, seeing as the economy still sucks a fatty lol, but it doesn't hurt to keep an eye on the classifieds, in the paper and online.
Gentle hugs...
I'm not a stickler for following rules, but when it gets tough at the office, I do exactly as I am told. I buckle down and I follow every rule to the letter until the *stinky stupid obsessive compulsive weirdness* dies down.
Stay away from gossips and don't complain. Use DS and other support groups for your griping to stay safe. Journal. Make time for yourself outside of the office.
I guess too, know your rights. Document when you are taken advantage of and contact HR if any more "Circus crap" happens.
Yes, karma is amazing and normally, the toxic people get booted and the well meaning but slightly toxic people who just need a different enviroment get tranfserred.
If however, the environment gets worse, the work environment, then you will have to go somewhere else. I have a weak personality so I know that me telling you this doesn't make it any better.
We care and we are here to support you. Good luck and hugs, RIB
