Its been a while....
But today is my ex bf's birthday, and it also marks the day he cheated on me. It all happened last year, we've been over for the last 9 months, and I'm still hurting! I don't know why! I don't want to hurt anymore. I want to be me. I want to be the me I used to be before him! But I can't be. This is getting really hard again. I have urges to cut again, and burn. I don't want to. I'm listening to music...which isn't really helping cuz im crying too....i don't want to feel....

Other than that, I am really sorry that this day triggers you...but just remember that he did wrong, not you. I know that it hurts, but you can't let his actions control your feelings.
