Dealing with my depression hasn't been easy. I seem to choose the worst coping mechanisms available.
However, you all have pushed me in the right direction. I promised a close friend of mine that if I don't land an important gig coming up, I will be going to an inpatient rehab. (They are also known for treating mental disorders, not just addiction. This will include managing my depression.)

Love your avatar, my cat had grey kittens when I was little but they always got taken by others so we never got to keep the grey ones. We had a lot of tabby cats though!

I think they've just done a study on rats taking heroin and discovered that if you give rats a really nice environment filled with toys and other rats, they choose to drink the water, not the heroin laced water.
Bit of a social indictment. :D
