Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

1. You have to tell him you're unhappy. Tell him again and again and explain it to him 100 times until he understands. If he really can't be compassionate, he isn't right for you.
2. Get help anywhere you can!
3. If all those things don't work, it's possible that you just need a new situation.
I had no right to be unhappy in Ohio. It wasn't logical. Even without a job, I still had so much. But it didn't matter! I needed a place where I could be ME. And I couldn't do that there. I believe, to some extent, that we have a path. Things that are right for us. When we get away from that path, it slowly eats away at us.
What has made you happy in the past? Was there a time when you felt you had a purpose? A sense of self? It's hard to rebuild but you can do it, bit by bit, day by day. The first step is to admit something is wrong and ask for help.
Much love to you! Keep in touch!
Consider visiting your family a little more. My wife is away but I am happy doing some things on my own. Making friends is fairly straightforward and How to Win Friends and Influence People still the best book. It sounds pretty conventional but think about counseling.
