Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Also, my sandwiches had lettuce and tomatoes on them of course.. with mayonnaise and cheese, if anybody wanted more details, I mostly ate turkey sandwiches, deli sliced beef... I also ate rotisserie chickens. Among other things. Main things I kept in mind is if it was healthy, didn't contain all of that unhealthy stuff and wasn't processed food.
You can also look up foods rich in Tryptophan, those fall under it, I guess. (it's debatable and goes back to how the animal was raised on the farm, that's another issue though and free range meat is apparently better.)
and that's about what I needed to add I guess.
Glad to hear you're doing better, and yes, this was helpful.
Also, those buying Omega 3, it's not on the front of the bottle (in mg) that matters; It's the back of the bottle and how much Omega 3 it says it contains that matters.
so 1400mg on the front of my bottle mean 1400mg of fish oil, not Omega 3... it contains 900mg of Omega 3 and was the purest I could find. The Member's Mark Omega 3 Triple Strength also dont have a fishy aftertaste (as I heard some Omega 3 products leave a bad fish taste)
As far as SAM-e I recommend Nature Made as a brand. That's what I've been taking.
and just as advice, dont chew on any of them before swallowing and take them in the morning on and empty stomach, preferably before a meal (the B12 has to dissolve under your tongue though. just follow the instructions on the back of course)
In a few months I may write something more straightforward like I said, but this will have to do for now.

It's an updated and better version of the treatment I developed.

I agree that alcohol is bad and will make you more depressed. I am so much less depressed now that I don't drink any more.
