Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

It is very dangerous to lose weight rapidly. You can die from heart disease , or develop osteopenia/osteoporosis from bone loss, become infertile from hormonal imbalances, develop muscle deterioration, or causing your brain to shrink.
If you are being bullied and beaten at school, take this up to the teachers. The school must know to remove the violent kids from school. If I were you, I would focus on my school work because one day you will benefit from the effort you have made today.
When I was your age, the bullies avoid me because they could not defeat me in arguments to pick a fight. Kids who have abandoned their schooling to bully others lacks parental love, self-respect, self-confidence and ambitions to better themselves, so they bully others whom they think better than them, in order to bring the other to their intellectual level. My advice is to avoid and ignore the bullies, and concentrate on your school work. Best wishes, and take care.
Okay, first off, no KMSing. We are here for you!!
Second, those people are terrible and they clearly have their own issues if they're picking on you.
Third, starving yourself is super dangerous. I'm not a nutritionist, but maybe this group can help. The no brainers are to cut out junk food and sugar. Eat as wholesomely as possible - in my experience it takes about a week to start to feel better once you've cut out unhealth options (candy, chips, fries, etc). And I'd say it takes about a month to really start to feel better. Easier said than done, for sure. Life gets crappy and you slide back. It's normal. Keep trying and don't be too hard on yourself.
Remember, moderation is key. It's okay to have a 'treat' sometimes, just not all the time. If you have a craving for something not healthy, try chewing sugar-free gum (and lots of it if you have to). Balance your protein, veggies, and carbs.
What do you typically eat during the days?
Do you / what do you typically eat for breakfast?
Is your diet something your parents or guidance counselor can help you with - a meal plan, getting in touch with a nutritionist, assisting with food resources, or exercise routine?
If you've tried all this, can your parent/guidance counselor help you see a doctor in case there's an underlying medical issue?
If this bullying won’t stop, you need to talk to your teacher and let them know about what’s happening. Try to focus on your studies. The more you pay attention to the bullies, the more they will bully you. It may be hard but you need to ignore them.
When I was trying to lose weight, I didn’t skip meals, drank plenty of water, as much as possible no junk foods and sweets, I ate healthy foods, walked in the park or treadmill for 20 minutes a day. Don’t starve yourself. Eat healthy and smaller portions. Change is hard so be gentle with yourself.
Please keep us posted. We are here for you. God bless.

P.S Lendingstrength2021, I eat during the days usually rice, meat, fish, chips...etc. For breakfast usually toast with nutella. Also I think I will try to contact a nutritionalist online. :)
When something happens, they say, why didn't you tell us you had a problem. Some suggestions.
1. Learn how to fight. You need to defend yourself. Things like karate and judo frequently only work at high levels and bullies are just as likely to be trained. Spend time with someone who really knows how to fight.
2. Work on retaliation. They told the Jews in Germany, just ignore the Nazis or do what they wanted and the situation got worse and worse. It's hard to address problems at once., but frequently you need to retaliate.
3. Work on people skills, listening, be careful of disagreements which can degenerate into fights. .
4. Do lose weight, like many things worthwhile, its hard, requires tremendous discipline, but its worth it in your case.
5. Remember things will get better and luck tends to equal out. I got bullied but then had a son who was the prototypical most popular guy in school and sports captain and it was fun to see his success, and my experience helped make him a good person. .
