Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I want to tell all my friends here that I am here for them if they need to talk. I will tell you all that I don't really look at journals because of the lag I get from this site or my crappy lap top. If you have an issue you want me to address in ur journal, let me know and I will read and address it I try to respond to 10 posts a day and that usually is me responding to the top 10 I don't look at who wrote it I just read and give my 10 cents worth if I think that I can help. If there is a particular post you want me to comment on friend or not message me and I will try to help if it is beyond any advice that I can give you I will tell you.
Their are 2 people here that I feel a great friendship with and I think that I may have hurt 1 of them cause this person thinks I am inconsiderate. Please let me know when you have a problem and I will address it.

I will not let an online squabble stress me out so if you get mad at me save ur breathe because I delete hateful remarks before I finish reading it.
