Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Is the problem mostly that the professionals are failing to help you through recovery? Have you tried speaking with hotlines or AA or local community-related groups? And it really is important that the professionals are thoroughly helping you to acknowledge the situation, which is difficult to do. What pleases me is that you don't want to hurt anymore and especially where family and friends are your concern to change behavior is remarkable. At best you are not covering up and you are taking responsibility in this matter. And no doubt others will help you during a recovery plan.
In my own case, I recall riding through a problem that required a strong push from close family to reduce my anxiety. Family can help with facing up to the problem and come to grips with most problems with success. The most important is that you keep the faith of commitment to getting by strong disappointments and such. Therefore family and friends may be good pain-relievers at times when you struggle to take those deep, comforting breaths for relaxation. I am leaving you a link to try out, of which you may better rate your stress-level. Please find comfort soon.
I hope for your best today!
