Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
This is causing me emotional stress to the point to where I don't even look in the mirror anymore and have extreme axenity and twitch a bunch now and have trouble breathing.. wish I had a way to get the money and part of my axenity is the fear that I won't get enough money in my younger years for this.. I feel like good intended me to suffer

How much money can you save a week, and how long would it take to save up?
Sometimes it's soothing to think about the maths. And maybe, just maybe, you can ask people to sponsor you. You might be able to ask your mother to give a dollar for every dollar you can save. You might ask your father, or your teacher, or your sister.
We don't know these things till we try. There is no point worrying about your non-tooth when you can redirect your thinking towards getting the tooth.

Also: Many people don't have all their teeth. I know a guy at work who is missing two teeth at the front, his top front two teeth. He is not the tiniest bit bothered by this.
And nor is anybody else.
And before you ask: he's a computer guy. He earns a good living. He just isn't bothered. And I don't see that it would be a problem. A girl, seeing a guy, doesn't say 'oh I won't date him, he is missing a tooth.' That would be .. dumb. 'Oh I won't date him, he strangles kittens" is a reason to not date someone. "Oh I won't date him, he steals money" would be a reason not to date him.

So don't take your brother seriously. Brothers were sent to make us strong by saying the worst things anybody will ever say. If we can survive our brothers, the rest of the world can't touch us.
