ok so the new school that i go to now, my dad works there (i hate it soo much, another prison, thers lil spies all around) im feeling so overwhelemed and have the urge to cut alot and im crying almost everyday or feeling like crying alot!!! and i would like to tlk to the counselor at skool cuz i dont get to see my therapist wenever i want and so by the time i see her im ok or something else would happen like she wants to meet with my dad for my treatment plan and so i dont tlk to her about wat happened.

my dad yelled at me last week and said "u go to my school now, i can make u so miserable" so im scared to even set foot in guidance....idk wat to do...wat should i do?

Why don't you get to see your therapist when you want? Your issues warrant a therapist. (Cool pic of Benson, by the way)

I'm so sorry you have to be subjegated (sp) like that....your dad sounds like a real piece of work. My advice....try your damnedest to relocate to a school where your father isn't. Have you told your mother what hes said?? Do you have a tape recorder?? Get that on tape. Why would he want to make your life miserable?? For your therapist keep a journal....dates times feeling and actions. Best of luck!!

Well here's a crazy idea.....Why not go to school, concentrate on your education, make friends, and try to cope with your new environment one day at a time....instead of feeling completely overwhelmed and anxious by all the things that "could" happen?

Get a great education, do well, get good grades.... and eventually develop the opportunity for a great career and subsequently, your independence. As they say....."Living well is the best revenge."

oo cuz i see her like 1x a week or every other week, and it changes alot and so thats why i dont see her wen i want.

yea i told my mom and she was like confront him, show him ur not scared then she was like call me back after and if u dnt never tell me wat ur dad did cuz u let him push u around. i have a recorder on my phone but its hard to get to in time.....he loves making us miserable and playing mind games. yea i keep a calender were i write the time and my moods and i keep the jpournal on here cuz he took one away from me once and read it

cuz he moved here in this town that he works in already and so i go to the school.....p.s u do know that he wasnt the one who sa'd me right? just wondering cuz u said hes my main trigger

Please try hard to go to the school counselor. You need some support within the school to balance the lack of support your dad gives you. One of the hardest things a young person has to learn is to stand up to their parents, esp. if the parent is a bully. It can feel life threatening because you depend on them for nearly everything through childhood and adolescense. I had to stand up to mine about abuse when I was in my early thirties and it was one of the scariest things I've ever done. I really feel for you and am on your side.

what does your mom say? You can call the dept of social services in your town. it will make your dad very angry so dont do that if this is some little thing. sorry i know it can be tough. My x had his own mother for a teacher 1-3rd grade. Maybe if you tell your therapist this the therapist will agree to let you call her and speak to her. If the school has a social worker you can talk to her and she isnot supposed to tell anyone anything unless you are a harm to yourself or others.

i have therapy tomoro so im gonna tell her and see wat she says...and you never no because wen i met the counselor the first day of skool she was like how she loves my dad, wat a great guy and stuff and so i just put on a fake smile and dont answer....i just dont know, im soo scared! cuz if i say something and she tells my dad hes gonna get pissed.....he flipped on me cuz i went to the nurse
