I don’t want to be alive anymore. I google things such as “how to ensure that I will successfully be able to vomit suicide” or “how many pills do I need to take in order to successfully kill myself?” I hate my life, I always feel like a failure. I am not even 19 yet and I truly don’t believe that I will make to 25. I give up. I just give up.

Life is not easy. Every single day is a battle against the bad stuff, the negative stuff that would drag you down, that tempts you to be done with it once and for all. You've got to carry on, no matter how good or how bad you are feeling. What is it that makes us (or me) carry on? Some hope perhaps that eventually I'll find the love that I need; become more the person I would like to be; that I'll be able to be free of all bad desires, and just be free like a bird flying in blue skies where nothing can touch me or hurt me. That's what I wish for you; so please stop googling the bad stuff, and do your utmost to stick around.

I have been there as well. I used to spend hours googling things about suicide. I was in such a dark place that there was nothing that could make me feel better. In the end, the only way I got better was through getting professional help and finding the right antidepressants/antipsychotics. I am here to listen if you need to talk.

I don't know you, but I do know that God created you for a purpose. Your pain is my pain. I don't want you to die. I want you to live and fulfill your purpose in life. I don't want anyone to die a premature death because things look glim in their lives right now. The first time I tried to commit suicide was when I was 16. I was unsuccessful. Now I will be celebrating my 40th birthday this year. I have a husband, a dog, and 3 beautiful kids. Believe me, at 16, I could not see myself at 18 let alone 25, or 40. I thank God that I survived. Life is a series of seasonal weather patterns. Some seasons last longer than others. Maybe you are going through a drought right now but don't worry, the drought never lasts forever. Better days are ahead and you don't have to see it, you just have to believe it. That is what true faith is. Be patient. Live each day in the present and one day you will look back and not believe how you could have felt so down during those dark days. Believe me, it is the trials in life that make you stronger. You will get through this.

Hi LLG. I'm sorry that you're feeling this way! Why do you say that you're a failure? What is it that makes you want to give up? This is a safe place for you to share your problems and get support, so I hope you will do that. Take care
