I don't know if you are a believer but I just want to tell you that God loves you. You are here for a reason. I know it doesn't seem like it right now. Try to think of a time when you didn't feel this way. This too shall pass. I'm here for you. You can talk to me if you feel like it...

There are always opportunities for things to get better at some point! if you need to talk I'm more than willing, I've been feeling very similar recently:(

Please don't. I know it hurts but suffering let's us know we are alive. I know it's easier said than done, but I have been there and was almost successful and it's not worth it. The only thing that helped was to force myself just to think of this moment this current moment in time and breathe. Just focus on breathing nothing else. No one knows what death brings and i really hope that it isn't any time soon. I know your life is precious and it will get better. the next moment will be better. I will listen if you want to talk. But please don't its not worth it.

Not sure what situation you're going through, I hope this is only temporary and I trust it will make you stronger, wiser and that you will discover things you didn't know you could do. Sometimes we go through these rollercoaster rides to make us analyze our lives and grow. Time to make a new move and start writing on a fresh blank page :) I know sometimes it can be scary but honestly I now like new and fresh starts, I'd like to share here's what i did: I decided to do a make over on myself (long over due!), bought a goal keeper agenda from Michael's, colorful pens and lots of stickers. I started to write all the things that make me happy and, stuff I had put on hold were now on a short term goal to keep me motivated and focused. I joined a cycle class and shortly after I decided I wanted to become an instructor... and guess what I did!!!! i started to meet new people, we made ourselves accountable for our fitness and personal goals. Sometimes it just takes a little push to start something new. Something will grow from all you are going through and it will be you :) I'm rooting for you!
