I took a break because I was feeling great, my life had changed for the better. I am home from my parents house , have a wonderful loving and caring boyfriend. I have all my animals including a new bird to work with.She is not tame whatsoever.She is terrified, we have something in common, both were abused. So I understand where she's coming from. It's just frustrating to have her terrified and have to chase her to get her back to her cage. I have figured out a new way I kind of just herd her towards her cage she climbs up the dog crate ( dog is never in it) and jumps back to her cage.
Now back to me. I don't know where home is. I know where my ultimate home is. But I can't get there without dying. And I want to go there so badly. Yes I want to die, but I'm not gonna do anything. My therapist is well aware of it and knows I will tell him if I want to self-harm because I have before.
Going back to my parents is not the answer, we can't live together. We fight constantly. But I am going to be housesitting for them in a little over a week for almost two weeks. I'm hoping that I don't get so anxious that I do want to self-harm.
I am also schizophrenic I hear voices telling me to self- harm on a daily basis. I know that means I need my med raised. I'm just on 2 mg of what I 'm on. No I am not going to like I said before my therapist is aware of what is going on. And I told on myself the other day ( to my casemanager of one of the services tha tI am with) that I am picking so I guess that is a form of self-harm. I don't want them to get infected but I know they eventually will. My casemanager notified my therapist. With my permission. She also has a release.
I 'm in the country right now housesitting for a friend. I feed horses, and chickens. I love it, it's a HUGE responsibility but i still love it. I love horses, and chickens are ok, and I don't have to mess with the rooster except to feed him and the way they have it I don't have to go in with him.
My depression has been rough and I was scared to come back cuz I have been gone for so long. I am getting help. I see my therapist evey other week. And I see my psychiatrist on the 25th of this month. I want to cancel though so bad. I don't want to go. It's not him it's his waiting room. I can't explain it. except it feels like everyone is staring at me. But I know they aren't it's part of what I have going on in my brain.
What has changed in my world? Nothing. That I can think of. Only thing is my boyfriend does not want to get married ( doesn't really bother me any) he has already been down that road. My depression has been going on long before he said that. We were talking bout my mom , about her marriage hints.
Do I want to get married, to him? You bet I do. I love him. But I can love him without being married I guess.
Can I say wow? you are industrious. List what you have been doing on these jobs like credentials and get referral letters from the people that use your abilities. Independence is a wonderful thing, independent contractor with proven directed responsibilities is an even better paying thing.You have a lot of animal experience too to add in the list of abilities.
It's still time to ask for an end of day time appointment with doc or ask for first appointment of the day? I do that. I remind myself that those in the waiting room are there for a reason and I am not on that radar list of reasons. The may look at me as I enter, but that's only because newness of change in environment. It's natural to look up when someone new comes in. I bring a book or a sketch pad with me to fill time.

I love animals so much they are my life.
My parents are going to California..... It's either pay someone else for it or pay me. I would rather be the one paid
Taking in the mail, dusting, and care for plants or any animals? etc. Then have parents sign off on them. These are all list-able responsibilities others may consider in the future. And positive attributes you can use for self validation and affirmations.
