Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I was able to make some good changes last year and improve my life. Here are some suggestions.
1. Dont expect quick results or feedback. if you work hard and constructively, thing can change but don't expect it soon. You will see change though.
2. Ups and downs are part of life. Recognize and don't get freaked out by it.
3. Get information from many sources, written, people, other, and don't be afraid of criticism or bad news.
