I can't do anything.

I've been so sad. I can't get myself to do work. I want to stay home all day. I don't do anything though. I am just letting my work pile up. I just want to sleep. I don't know what to do. I don't know how to get myself out of this rut. I feel so stuck. I cried yesterday but it didn't help. I feel like I'm just dragging myself through life. I'm just stressed. I want to leave this house I live in. My family is not helping me. My sibiling just wants to complain about how terrible they have it. I don't think they understand there are other people struggling too. It is so frustrating, and when I am frustrated I just get more upset. I don't really know what I want to get out of posting this, maybe other people have felt the same? I don't want to be alone in my pain.

What's going on with work? You might want to find a good counseller or some kind of in person support group to give you more support than you can get from us. It sounds like your family life has affected your work life and motivation. I don't know if you pay rent, but if you continue not going to work that may lead to getting dismissed. Than you'll have no money. If you make an effort to go to work, you'll get out of the house and focused on your job as much as you can. That in turn, will make you feel some relief perhaps.

And if you pay rent, will lead to.less problems with living situation and overall tension from as you claim being misunderstood by your family.

Thank you Blue, I am seeing a therapist, but I only see them once a week. My family life has significantly worsened this week, and I just needed to get this out. I don't have a lot of friends, and those I do have I'm afraid I will overwhelm them with my sadness.

You have to help your family to help you. Its important to get your family on board, my family hate me but when i need them and persist they are there for me. You can do it, believe in yourself, and believe in change and work on it.

You are not alone in your pain. Your cry for help has been heard. I wish that I could come and walk beside you. Maybe hold your hand or stroke your hair. Since I can’t do this, I will pray. Father God, this is Your child and she is hurting. Things seems so confused and mixed up for her. She needs You. She needs You to be with her, comfort her and pour Your ever flowing love over her. Help her to look up and see you in creation. Help her to hear the birds sing, just for her. Help the sun to warm her and the rain to comfort her. God bless you, my dear woman. May you remember that today is the first day of the rest of your life and God has a plan for it. I pray that you will be able to thank Him for every breath you take.

Please get help from a counselor or other professional. There are loving people who care. Please let me know how you are. I will continue to pray. -
