What I mean by that is? Why are they getting rid of you? Why the bad review? Could it be linked to your OCD and depression? Did you tell your employer and suddenly you got a bad review? Is there a wrongful dismissal here?
You have 3 months of working for the company. Print any emails to do with your performance and take them home. Any emails that suggest you have done something wrong at work? Any emails you have sent out that might prove you did tell someone at work about your mental health challenges. Previous performance reviews. Any dirt you can or do have on the company that you can use as leverage to get a better package and a letter of reference from your employer when you leave or get help finding a new job with an employment counselor.
Next check your finances. Do you have a car loan? Can you sell the car and cover the loan if need be? Do you have any savings? How long will that last?
Is there any programs you qualify to go back to school and have it paid for if you are unemployed?

Oh, and to comment on what Onyx and Peter have said, I think that the work culture out there has become very difficult and you are certainly not alone. And I agree with Peter, there are many less stressful things to do if you can take some time to relax a bit after this.
It was 3 years ago when my husband lost his job and I understand how you feel because it was not easy to deal with uncertainty. But please don’t lose hope. I pray that you will have peace as you search for a new job.
We are here for you so keep sharing. You are not alone. I hope things will get better for you. God bless.
Best thing I did was ask God for help. That gave me hope. Helped me not to worry, or stress out about things that wouldn't happen. I have learned that my worst fears never came about. It was all in my head. Being hopeful helped me on interviews to relax be the best that I can be.
If you want, i will pray for you.
Almost everyone gets let go of jobs. Most great success stories started with "failures".
One thing is for sure. You are NOT a big loser---not at all!! You've held this job for 14 years. That's a big deal! Take courage and start again. You never know. This change might be the catalyst for a brand new something that is better than before!
