I am 45 + depression is a battle I feel I am beating BUT!
It does come + go
I need to chat as I don't feel I am capable or ready for so called chat rooms.
I live in England + I am on another DS site.

Welcome to DS. You will find many helpful people here. Take what works well for you, give what you can, and ignore the rest.

Chat rooms are not always healthy, IN MY OPINION. We don't have chat ROOMS on DS,. only one-on-one chat.

I did not know there was another Daily Strength (DS) site.
