So, Last Wednesday after my appointment with my counselor I ended up in the hospital yet again. Got out today. Anyways, my psychiatrist finally made my referral so I have a new psych. now. We'll see how that goes . . .
Ever since I've gotten out of the hospital though I've wondered if I came out too early. I feel the same as I did before.
I don't see any reason to live. Everything seems so hopeless. I feel numb. I would do anything to get out of this place, and right now, the only option seems to be death. I just don't see any other way.
Anyways, enough of my ramblings, not sure if there was a point to this post, but I needed to let it out somewhere. . .

And I've never felt this bad when I got out of the hospital before . . .

Did you tell your docs this? If you had maybe you would still be in and getting improved.....
