I know that things might seem hopeless right now. That sucks and I'm not going to try to sugarcoat it. How your feeling is valid and I'm not going to tell you that it is not. I used to feel like that all the time, I went to therapy, I take my medication and I work super hard to get up everyday. If the weather permits I suggest going around the block, if you are physically capable of doing so. I also suggests finding something you love that will make you smile. For me it is the internet cat "lil Bub". I'll go on her instagram (@iamlilbub) or look up pictures of her and she always makes me smile. It doesn't need to be intense or meaningful, just something that makes you smile. (I also love the Instagram account "strange planet" (@nathanwpylestrangeplanet).
Journaling is also something that helps me a lot.
