Hey I'm sorry I might ramble but I just need to let go you don't have to listen but anyways It all started last August when my soul mate. (not romantic) was ripped from the only home she ever new, she was only 4 now she's 5 couldn't even say happy birthday, Mia that name haunts me in my dreams ,my thoughts I try to keep myself busy because I know if I let my mind wander ill break down this is the first time in almost a year I've been able to think about it. Yesterday was the fourth of July, oh man exactly a year ago she was at my house with me playing with me she spent two nights just laughing I think that was the last I was truly happy and has it roles around to almost a year with out her I start to dread everyday, everyday I live without her and I'm sure you're like just move on with life but you don't know how it is to never see the person you loved the most again. I put a mask on everyday to hold it in but I can't do it for much longer, and I've sent to therapy once but they just said it was because I was twelve at the time or its a phase but I'm so sad I get dehydrated on a regular basis from how much I cry and no I'm not joking anyway I think I'm just gonna go bye.

If you do not think they are taking you seriously, maybe the police...? You are 13 years old now? Sorry if I mis-read! Maybe talk to a counselor at your school. She may be able to help. At the very least, keep talking about this; it's not good to keep your feelings bottled up. Do you have a friend or relative you can talk to? Gosh, I hope you can get some light put into this situation.
