hey all -
it's been a while, and if you don't mind me saying so, i miss y'all. i've been super busy with family and other DS stuff (like paying the bills, etc). i hate it when i don't get a chance to talk to the warm and caring folks on DS.
speaking of warm and caring, i get the vibe that there's been lots of trouble here recently...and i'm really disappointed by the few folks that have taken to abusing our discussion forums with spam or attacks. these folks seem to think that they're attacking DS, but honestly, they're just attacking people who need help and support, and it frustrates me.
we're continuing to work on new tools to prevent these kinds of attacks, and i hope y'all can see past that stuff and focus on the positive.
we've got some features and bug fixes going out tomorrow night, which will address some of the little things you guys have asked for. and there's much more behind that...ask and i'll tell. ;) (i'm bad at secrets)
anyway, i hope y'all are well and warm wherever in this big world you may be tonight.

Glad to see that maybe the Troll Patrol will be effective. I have stayed away for over a month due to the ugliness and now that I finally logged on, I see that many of my friends are no longer on DS. It is sad to see.
I appreciate all the kind and thoughtful members who have helped me since I joined last October. I have met so many great people of all ages and backgrounds. I want to give all my friends an early VALENTINE'S DAY HUG!!!!!
