i almost never feel ok. its either a headache or backache or something.. i took the time to write down every thing i experience and included the odd stuff. it amounted to 5 pages (handwritten) of stuff.. i dont know whats normal. i dont know if i should talk to the dr about it all or not. i hate drs. hate going. usually its a total waste of time and money...
my husband says i should go, (he always thinks the worst and says i have a brain tumor) but i can ignore almost everything i experience or pass it off as a symptom of something simple like a migraine, or dehydration. theres other issues i cant explain, like lightning down my spine if i look down in the mornings.
i just dont know what to think. maybe i shoud push for answers.. maybe i should just keep ignoring. most of the time i just think i am crazy. i googled one of the odder things i experience and found someone who had talked to their dr about it. their dr replied with telling them they were crazy and to talk to a mental health dr... which makes me want to keep ignoring.

There is another condition called Arachnoiditis where the arachnoid (the middle of three membranes that surround and protect the brain and the nerves of the spinal cord) is inflamed due to spinal cord injury, infection etc.. , causing damaged spinal nerves to scar and lump together, leading to neurological symptoms such as severe pain, intense headaches, numbness and tingling, difficulty moving, among others..

Perhaps the best thing is for you to consult a neurologist quickly to find out the cause of your symptoms. If Multiple sclerosis, or infection (especially to the spinal cord to cause complications such as meningitis) etc..., must be treated very quickly to prevent further nerve/brain damage. Time is of the essence here, so perhaps a quick appointment to the neurologist to rule out nerve damage.

I just assumed that physical exertion was supposed to cause a headache. I thought it was normal to have hip and back pain after a mile long walk. Doesnt everyone feel like their core is vibrating like a cell phone every once in a while?

Is there a reason why you would not approach the neurologist for a diagnosis? At DS, we are your online friends but we are not a substitute for your doctor(s), and it is not good to rely on a support forum to obtain a diagnosis.
You may have more than one autoimmune conditions, and that you would need treatment from a neurologist very quickly. The longer you leave it, as you have done already, (since you have shown symptoms from the involvement of too many nerve fibres), the more damage will be to the nervous system, and the greater is the irreparability.
It is important that you mention to the neurologist how you have experienced lightning sensation down your spine if you look down, as well as your tremors. Take that list you have uploaded on the other website to the neurologist. This is very urgent. Your doctor need to rule out Multiple Sclerosis, among others.
