I have been having a lot of really big headaches lately. I already know that it's probably from my allergies. My allergies have gotten a lot worse over the years. Now I have to take stronger allergy meds plus Flonase (nasal spray). This really sucks. I actually have a big headache right now. But I did take some extra strength Tylenol a little bit ago. So, that should kick in soon.

The good news is that I got to go out to lunch at Red Lobster with my favorite cousin today. I had crab legs too and those nummy biscuits of theirs. It was all so good. We also did some shopping. We had so much fun.

headaches are the worst..I can't function..never mind go out to lunch with them.

So its great you enjoyed your lunch...I love biscuts..and I can't find a Red Lobster around here in Rhode Island. :(.

I am very sorry to here you were in pain with that headace ....I also have sama and allergies ..and take a nasal spray and a pill and have an inhaler that I now have to take year round and I was thinking the same thing that it is just getting worse the older I get ..I am bad at taking those meds ...but when I start laughing and chocking because my lungs can't take any air in ..I run to take my puffer ...so I will give you my owen advice take your meds ...lol ....I am very happy you had a very good time with your cousin ..and went out to red lobster ....and shoping ...so happy for you you had fun ..now have more of that ...FUN ......lol. ...take care ,,God bless

Hugs, my son gets hay fever and its horrible for him hope the the nasal spray helps.

Sounds lovely I've never had lobster but I've been told it's lovely. Wa good you managed to have fun, dispite them nasty allergies
