Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

sometimes face to face talking doesnt do it, specially if one or more of the people arent in the "right state of mind" for it... writing it down can really help a lot... it'll let you organize your thoughts and keep you from saying (screaming) things you dont mean
once you and your fiance are communicating better, the things she tells her friends will improve, and so will their view of you
i also suggest you try reaching out more... you say nobody sends you messages... well, try sending them out to people... if some ignore you, thats fine, concentrate on the ones that dont
i hope something in here helps some
I will do the journal idea. I do reach out to people no one really gets back to me. I stay in my apartment and just watch tv or play video games. I get cabin fever very badly. There's not a lot to do around where I live and i don't have a car so besides walking my dog there's not much to do.

I don't know why I never get names or numbers. I don't know how I am supposed to get in touch with the people. She does have bi polar as well. I do want to know what people are saying although I hate that she talks to people about me and I don't know what she is saying and who she is talking too. I just would want for people to talk to me and not just talk to her and say what they are saying. This is not a new thing for me unfortunately. People just taking the other person's side and not even consider mine. I think its a thing people just do in society I know its not just me.
