I was wondering if anybody has tried other things for their depression like
Tyrosine or MUCUNA PRURIENS?
I have been on nearly everything that increases seratonin but nothing helps so I am thinking my dopamine needs to be increased which these will do. I also have restless legs which is cause from low dopamine.
Just wondering if anybody has any infor that would help me. My doctor seems to be clueless on the subject.
Thanks in advance!

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

now i'm on effexor and topirimate and lithium, i stopped taking lilthium on my own and stopped taking serequel on my own too.
i used to jog excessively, which you prob. know boosts seretonin as much as meds, but i stopped that too.
good luck.
Better to research them yourself and see what you think:
Valerian root - aids sleep and mild anxiety.
Folic acid - helps depression.
Sea Kelp(rich in iodine) - More for thyroid, but apparently helps depression too.
For restless legs I was prescribed Quinine. It's been a while since I used them and I had a lot of meds and illnesses at the time so I can't remember if they actually worked..
Perhaps one of these could be some help to you..
All the best.
