Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
on the number of people not speaking to you :)
People get passive-aggressive with their gift- gving or they don't have the
same style... it can be disappointing, especially when you think of all the
things people get that they don't want at all - what a waste of money.
You could probably feed all the hungry people in the world from the waste from one American Christmas. When I could affordt it, I used to plan a post-Christmas shopping trip and treat myself to some 60 - 70% off retail therapy. I miss that!
I looked up a few things because of your interesting post and shared

I do that when I'm hypomanic about really stupid stuff, i.e. my stepdaughter getting "Irish butter" to try and I'm screaming in my head...it's butter! WTH. Is what I pick not good enough for you? Is what I get not expensive enough? Etc.
I also have difficulty cooking. If I have to cook, I will scream and scream in my head "I can't do it! I don't wanna do it!" But for me, with the cooking, it never goes away and I end up destroying everything in the kitchen (haven't done that in years) or, more commonly, curling into a ball on the floor and sobbing.
So...yeah. I do that, too, and am glad I'm not alone!
Hugz!
Thanks for posting as today, as I said is the first time I've experienced this,
