Sounds lovely Lynn, hope you enjoy it. God i dont know what irish people eat for christmas dinner. I always assumed that ate turkey too like us so you could be in luck choc. Hope its not grilled shamrocks hey.

We are having prime rib roast, mashed, fresh steamed broccoli and a pie for desert. Oh yeah and cant' forget to have coffee with some grand marnier either!

I don't know either,..I am going to a friends house,..but I do know one thing she is making,..crab cakes,..cause she knows it is my favorite,.but that is just for appetizers,...the rest is a secret,..LOL,..

Crzy that sounds like my kinda lunch. Never had coffee with grand marnier, will have to try it. Think ive had just about every other spirit in me coffee over the years though. Cheers, lolx

Our tradition is to have meat pie at midnight tonight then have ham/chicken/turkey with all the trimmings tomorrow. :)

we are having roast pork (NOT icky ham thankfully) with all the yummy stuff with it and then on boxing day we are having a full roast chicken dinner with all the fixings! all with the inlaws who are actually quite nice.
