Hi this is my first time writing on here. I have been reading post and getting familiar with the site. I don't even know if I am writing in the correct spot. I suffer from severe depression. I love in Nova Scotia Canada, just for 10 years. I am from Boston Massachusetts in the USA. Everyone seems so nice I hope to meet some nice people...who understand.

I have been here awhile. I've been struggling with depression since about age 10, about 3 years into my mom's abusive rampages... I am far from 10 now....;) Today is an ok day for me but I struggle with some pretty major issues in my life. I like to keep those private. I just mostly like to post what I can to help.

Welcome to the group. You will find a lot of very kind, supportive people here. I have been on DS for going on 8 years after being diagnosed with panic disorder and I suffer associated depression with that.
