So, lately I have been feeling pretty low. Well actually really low. The lowest I have ever felt. I have been trying things to pull me out of this funk, but for some reason. I'm just sinking lower, and lower. I've tried reaching out. It's like no one seems to wanna be bothered. :(

Hi. There's people here who don't mind chatting with you I'm sure... Did something happen to bring you down?

Yes a lot of things have happened. My life is a complete mess, and I'm trying to fix it one step at a time, but it's like I take one step forward, and 10 steps back.....

I assure you, a lot of people here don't mind being "bothered" by you, and they'd love to reach out to you. Life is never easy, and sometimes you'll find yourself falling flat on your rear. I know it's difficult, and maybe a bit...cheesy, to hear but don't give up. The important thing to remember is, when you're down, get back up and keep trying. All you can really do is try, and we're all right here behind you to catch you when you fall.

Medication and counseling by a mental-health professional is good; couple with exercise that releases chemicals that can lift your mood, increase your energy, and improve your sleep. Record your thoughts and feelings in a journal. Also please don’t overlook your spiritual needs: Pour out your heart to God in prayer…it can help calm you. Philippians 4:6,7
