Restful
I’ve been feeling very fatigued, just not wanting to do much of anything. It almost feels like I’m never getting enough sleep, even though I sleep 8 hours every night. I’m pushing myself to get things done and I can’t wait for each day to come to an end so I can lay down again.

The best antidepressant is when my wishes are honored. An example, the faucet in my apartment was running although the knobs were turned shut all the way, and one of the pulling strings on my ceiling fan came off. As soon as I notified my maintenance man, he was quick to reply with the work order. RAPID response... he's getting my services around my apartment done. I appreciate my landlord and...

Hello,so I'm currently in a weird relationship with my long distance ex who I've never met in person and it's taking a toll on me. I've lost 15 pounds and lost my appetite, but I'm really attached to him. We've had a lot of problems and I think that has caused me to gain severe anxiety. I don't know if I should wait until it gets better or what. Everytime I've blocked him, it has tend to make me...

hugs, sending positive vibes
Im no doctor but I know that when I feel this way it may be because Im coming with a sickness like the flu or a cold or an infection. Also I like what Anna1212 said, try to be more physically active during the day. Try also to wind down 2 hours before bed by reading a book or doing a little guided meditation. Both guided meditation and reading a relaxing book make me super tired and I sleep a restful sleep. In all truth though it can be many things that may be keeping you exhausted, it can be stress, it can be that you are eating too late, it can be that you have a deficiency of Vitamins. I suggest trying some new patterns out for a while and see what helps, but practice these patterns with discipline and try them for more than just a day. Write down your observations but make sure to be objective.
What worked for me is eating earlier and not even snacking on anything after 7pm. Also I got some bloodwork done and I was deficient in Vitamins B. I Also started doing more physical activity throughout the day and practicing winding down before heading to bed with reading a relaxing book and meditation. I tried to make my room dark and comfortable to me.
I wish you luck and I send you many positive vibes.
Great advice!
