Ive seen councelloers, physcietrists, taken meds, exercised, read 100 of self help books, tryed to improve myself, jumped 15000 feet out of an aeroplane for a skydive, told people close to me, changed my diet, studied for exams, changed jobs, been to other countries, been in different relationships (not through choice did i keep changing those) been to the drs lots and lots of time, written my goals down, listened to relaxing music, visualised things being better, changed how i breathe, went to a shyness clinic, opened up to my mum (my only close family left who i live with and is very ill) set tasks to do for the day, and after all this i still feel like shit but i guess after reading all that ive done i feel abit proud of myself for fighting this illness in this way just hate feeling this lonely and depressed!
