Sorry you're feeling so down...change the I can'ts, into I CANs...count your blessings, and find something positive in every day...even if it's only a single blooming flower.
Jan I have been trying to get swimming a few times a week but it seems to leave me feeling more exhausted. I'm trying to work part time but as always it is turning more into full time with lack of staff, so that isn't helping either.
Thanks daisy, I'll try to work on the positive more than the negative. hard to do that is for sure.
How hon I know what you feel .. I could just crawl up in a big ball and SLEEP for days ... I hate it !!! Before I was taking the lexopro I had what I call Nervous energy but at least it was energy nevertheless I am so sleepy most days I sleep on my lunch hour in the bathroom at work ... they have little couches I am going to get thru the surgery and start walking once a day after I heal I am hoping that with the non smoker I will have to be and the exerise I will start to get some of the energy back ...its gonna be hard to get my ass up but I know I will have to feel better HUGGGS
I hope after your surgery you will get some energy back too!
I hate feeling like this but it's like i don't know how to stop it.
