Don't know what to do

Hi everyone. I hope you all had a good holiday. I'm 35, I have two associates degrees and major depression. My fiance does as well. We moved last year because of a good job I had. We have had financial struggles all along the way. Unfortunately I lost that job back in August. I had a short-term job since then but that contract came to an end. I know I should be further along in life than this. I am starting to get discouraged a lot. I have unemployment but I feel like I am applying for jobs I will get fired from. It's hard to enjoy anything and it just seems to be living day to day now. I don't know what to do.

The older you get the more you realize that people aren't really judging you, they have enough of their own problems to deal with. You are probably your own worst critic. There is no rule book that says you should have your life set up by 35, 25, 40 or whatever. You are in a minor setback now, you can turn things around. You still have a lot more than what others have. You have a fiance, and I'd imagine you have a roof over your heads. Take this time to take a breather. Take stock of your life and plan your next step. Keep trying and don't give up.
At 41 I had a failed business, failed relationship and was drowning in debt. I took a leap and moved. Took me a while but 6 years later I'm in a much better place and I'm still taking risks and still figuring things out. Things aren't perfect, but they are a lot better. Good luck and keep trying.

I use to work for a company where the CEO went through bankruptcy twice before he found an idea that would work through which he could build a successful business on. I am sure he got discourage and maybe even felt a little ashamed especially after going through backruptcy the second time....but he didn't give up!

The thing is, you can't give up. You have to keep moving forward! You could be worse, at least you have unemployment to help you out, so focus on the positive and eventually, you will see positive results, I promise!

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
