Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I can relate to what you feel until this year i was the same at xmas and other holidays i hated them they just make you feel even ore alone than you already felt and makes you feel there is nothing of worth to be here for,
But it changed now,, I have friends which i did not before,, and i met them online, I have never been one for being able to go out and socialise , not one for pubs or clubs, so the only way i could meet or make friends was online,
hun I know you feel at your age nothing can change but it can, I am sure you have met some amazing people online and have friends here, they are just as special as in RL and we will all be here for you through these rough ties,, you can do this,, I know it does not seem worth it,, but it can be you just have to believe it.

makes some of us feel like we are gettin a lil older and sinkin a lil deeper..plus the cold weather coming on, changing....
I have also been thinking about family relationships and my own health...wondering just how long I will really last on this earth..
I hate this time of reflection, sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh and sometimes I just don't give a damn. xx
