Have almost like an out of body experience? Like they are not real, not part of this world?

I don't really know how to explain it but often I get where all of a sudden I don't feel real. It's like I'm really big and everything around me is really small like little ants or something.

Or like I'm not real and I'm in a movie or something. Sometimes it only lasts a few minutes sometimes it lasts longer.

My new pdoc question me a lot about it but never really said what it could mean. I don't understand why I get like this.

My head just will feel totally fucked up like I'm going crazy?????

Yes - I have felt this way a lot. Like i am watching someone else going through the motions of life but that i am not really involved. It is hard to explain, but I think I know what you mean. Hugs hun - hope it gets better soon!

sometimes it really freaks me out. I just don't understand it at all.
Today it has lasted all morning. I don't know if it is medication related or something more.
We do now that I have started sleepwalking too.

Are you on an antidepressant? I had that happen to me a lot with stimulants like wellbutrin and zoloft sometimes up to an hour after taking them. Zoloft was especially scary in this way. It was like I couldn't find "me" in my own brain and the world looked funny. Needless to say I went off it immeadiately. But if youre not taking antidepressants it might be something like coffee, any kind of stimulant really. Hope that helps.

yes I'm on antidepressants so have wondered if it was the cause, hopefully is the cause.

I kinda got scared when I mentioned it and pdoc right away asked if I hear voices....

Hi sweetie, I have these a lot too. I found it was worse when I was on anti-depressants. If it's really distressing maybe you could ask your Dr to check your medication is the best choice ofr you at the moment, he may suggest an alternative.
As for hearing voices, we all do it's different parts of our consciousness trying to make sense of what's happening or Angels or Guides if you are psychic.
You are not crazy! Crazy people do not ask if they are crazy as they know they are the only sane person here, lol.
Please do not worry too much aobut this, I think it's all part of the way we find prospective in life and learn to deal with the horrors everyday life can sometimes contain.
