I met a wonderful person today and Ive been taught to be honest and true. My question is do I tell fnis person I suffer from depression? Personally I feel it should be up front no surprises but the other side of that is too much too soon I will scare this person away. Please I need a little insight here...what do you think?

What if you were incapable of fathering a child. When would you tell her that?

What if you were wealthy, when would you tell her that? (OK, that is a problem I'd love to have had when I met the future Mrs. Pepper!)

Get to know her better and see how it goes. That seems to be the advice that people here have given to this question in the past.

I agree. Until they want to 'go steady' you are jumping the gun. There will be a right time later, if things blossom.

I kept my depression to myself....there are a lot of things going on between us (all good) . I'm holding my breath trying not to jinx it but I think I may have found my soul mate!!!
