any time the ignorant are given power they will distort the parameters laid in place by the knowledgeable to justify their own agendas. if i was a cop i would probably feel anyone who broke the law must have some kind of mental problem. therefore all law breakers must be mentally incapacitated and therefore locked up for their own good and the good of the public. i know this shit happened in the past here in the states and im sure it will happen again. i feel safer already.
