Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I don't know the specifics of your situation, but I think you need to help yourself first so that you're strong enough to help your children. You need an understanding ear, a councilor or psychiatrist. After that there are support groups where you can meet face-to-face with similar people that help and support each other. My sister went to one and made a friend that she meets for coffee before each meeting. Once you're cared for and happier, you'll find it easier to connect with people. You are not alone; not alone in your troubles and not alone because of the people here that want you to be happy.
Once you've cared for and stronger, you'll be the one helping other people.
All I can say is that as Moms we try to do the best we can. The good thing though is that at least we are aware....and that is better than most.
Others on this site have been there for me....and I am here for you. Lots of hugs.
