Look at this list its got 50+ things that might help, I say give them a shot see how it goes. Whenever I get too clustered I try to make a list of everything I need done and setting times to do those things, for me once I get started on something I'll finish it (unless it's studying that just drains me).
Its important to remember that everyone deals with everything in different ways so just keep trying things and keep updated!
I also was able to study in the library when I had extra time. It does help to read in the afternoon or at the end of the day. I always found getting studying done during the morning was very hard for me. Again that was years ago, I am sure there are better ways now.
