So sorry about your birthday. it sounds insane. do you have grandparents? Uncles & aunties?
As to the BFF; pretend she never said it and carry on as usual tomorrow. She will probably be happy to pretend she never said it too. Most of life is learning when to totally ignore what somebody does...
Your parents need their heads banged together. I hope they manage to pull a decent birthday for you out of their butts...
regarding the friend on the game court - I think it's a lesson for us that we're all struggling in life, and more than just us are vulnerable. I think if you'd gone to talk to her and said sorry, you might have made a friend. You weren't in the wrong, but sometimes sorry doesn't mean 'i take the blame'. Sometimes it means 'i feel sorrow.' And feeling some of her sorrow might have helped her stop crying.
It's never wrong to reach out to someone who is sad. We're hard-wired to do it.
You sound isolated at home. Do you have brothers and sisters? Home life sounds like a mausoleum, but people can get in habits and get trapped; your family might like to spend time with you, might need you there to feel whole, but might be glued to the telly nevertheless.
Tell the olds you would love a movie night with popcorn and a blanket together on the couch. Pick terrible movies. OMG there's a new one out, Attack of the killer donuts. How bad could that possibly be? :)
