Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I'm struggling pretty hard at times myself, but one thing that has helped me is getting into a creative project. Can be writing, sewing, designing a pattern, crochet project, painting, whatever requires enough thought to keep my mind from worrying but not enough thought to stress me out. Cooking is fun and a nice thing to do for other people.
I try my best to find something to distract me from myself and yes its hard but it helps, to even help others.
Wishing you better days.

thanks for the replies, messages and hugs...i really do appreciate them...
i'm up and oh so not ready for today...i think i've got the HBP under control for now...i'm not feeling as bad in that area and i don't have headache...but...i am feeling overwhelmed by all the things that i need to do and don't really want to do...and if i think about it i start to get a stress head/neck ache...just can't get rid of the pain...
I make list and cross off as I go and i feel better, like at least i am getting some stuff done, the important thing is dont make the list to big or too unattainable
Right now i feel like the house is a mess and needs home improvements and i just want to curl up in a ball, but i wont i cant so i am going to do a little every day
I am glad to hear you are feeling better and the HBP is under control, hopefully it will be a stress free day for you
