Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Hair loss can be brought on by stress or a multitude of other things. I lost most of mine by age 29 (but then, I've got 5 kids at home...). I prefer the bald look. I could never do much with my hair when I had it anyway.
You mentioned getting buff - exercise is a great stress reliever, even if it doesn't make you buff. Do you still do it regularly? A few rounds with a punching bag may be just what you need to let out the frustration.
Very hard to hear about your fiance. That's terrible. I don't know the circumstances of the relationship, but it's hard to ever justify cheating. And for so long. And to remain engaged. I can't really offer advice for this situation, except to try and talk to her, find out what drove her to cheat, and see if she's willing to go through some couples therapy or something. Sometimes cheating happens, and it's wrong and a mistake but it has roots that can be addressed and dealt with. I'm not justifying it at all - but it can be worked through sometimes.
If your thoughts of suicide are more than just fleeting moments of frustration, the first thing you need to do is get some help. Most hospitals have people available to talk through your issues and help you get through those kinds of thoughts. That absolutely has to be the first order of business. Because while these things are downright awful, terrible, and life-changing, they're not worth checking out over. You can come back from this. You just need to step back and work through each issue one at a time. Put together a plan. It will give you some sense of control back, and empower you to move on. If you need counseling or therapy, then go for it. Do what you have to do, to get back on your feet.
