Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
i know this is really hard my thoughts go to you.

In any case, keep in mind that begging and pleading are not attractive and not the way to get a girl back. Try to be strong and mature when dealing with her.
I think what you need to do is really need to sit down by yourself with no forms of communication and write down why you were with your girlfriend and then why you broke up. This will be the first things that will help you begin to deal with what your feeling for her and to possibly let it go.
My next piece advice is to take a break from your ex because even though you've been apart distance wise you really haven't been apart communication wise. You need to to let yourself have some space to think things through because texting constantly, checking facebook or other forms of communication isn't helping you deal with emotions your feeling.
I know I'm sounding a bit harsh but it does give you sometime to self-evaluate if you want to continue the relationship on a romantic/friendship level.
As for ex dating again, sometimes people just deal with things different then others even though we don't always understand why. Some get over the hurt quickly and some don't for a really long time.
I know this for a fact because i was seriously in love with my friends for a year and a half even though he had no feelings for me whatsoever. I waited for a really long time for him to change his mind until I finally learned to just let it go and move on with my life.
Relationships are hard, there suppose to be but there is nothing wrong about stepping back and giving yourself some breathing room.
Anyways I do hope this help some.
I find that all the crappy relationships I've had are just a stepping stone towards meeting that one person that will be really special to me. When that does happens I know that I'll be in the right place in my life to see that.
I'm sure one day you'll be there to.
The reason for lack of contact is to try to gain perspective because breakups happen for a reason. If she feels that space between you and wants to close that space then she can approach you about it but how does she feel that 'space' between the two of you unless you give her the room and time to decide she doesn't want to be away from you?
You could state it if you like, carefully, "I'm going to give it time, you can decide how you feel." if you aren't comfortable with just not contacting her at all. Hugs, I do understand.
